Well well there is a new kid in town and he is doing it right! What can I say about the good Captain other then bravo sir! Captain Black works without a costume and has law enforcement contacts. A true community activist who seems to be very grounded in reality. No Batman wanna be here, this is the genuine article.
Only time will tell if the other so called "Heroes" will see the results this man has gotten and will continue to get without the mask. I wish Captain Black all the best on his crusade.
